Operario (Envase)

Responsibilities

• Execute efficient and safe bagging, palletizing, and dispatching of cement
• Ensure correct functioning of packaging equipment and adherence to final product quality standards
• Apply all operational, safety, health, and environmental procedures and guidelines
• Maintain order and cleanliness in work units and surrounding areas to prevent unsafe conditions
• Participate in development programs, emergency brigades, and organizational safety events

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Industrial or Chemical Engineering preferred)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar role within the cement or mining industry
• Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems
• Ability to work 100% on-site in large industrial facilities
• Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends
