Operario (Envase)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and control packaging and dispatch activities for cement and mortar products to meet logistics demand.
• Plan and manage product dispatch needs according to monthly production budgets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards through the application of operational procedures and norms.
• Evaluate the performance of forklift operators to ensure competence and high-quality customer service.
• Supervise personnel and contractors to prevent health risks, facility damage, or environmental impact.
• Train operational staff on required packaging and dispatch functions.
• Coordinate and review maintenance programs for machinery and equipment to ensure operational continuity.

Requirements

• Engineering degree or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position.
• Proven experience operating packaging and palletizing machines.
• Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems.
• Knowledge of current NOM-002-SCFI standards.
• Availability for flexible schedules, travel, and/or relocation.
• Strong leadership, teamwork, and result-oriented mindset.
