Operario (Envase)

Responsibilities

• Execute and record packaging and dispatch operational activities in accordance with established management system procedures and safety rules.
• Apply all applicable procedures, instructions, guides, and standards related to the function.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain order and cleanliness in work units and areas to prevent unsafe conditions.
• Participate in development programs, emergency brigades, and other organizational events.

Requirements

• High school diploma or technical degree (Industrial Engineering or Chemistry degree is a plus).
• 1 year of experience in packaging and dispatch machinery operation, preferably within the cement industry.
• Knowledge of packaging machines, palletizers, track mobiles, and telescopic loaders.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team, results-oriented, and proactive.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
