Operario (Envase)

Responsibilities

• Operate packaging machines (envasadora) and perform basic maintenance while reporting anomalies to the supervisor.
• Execute operational procedures for palletizers, ensuring proper functioning and reporting issues promptly.
• Manage bulk loading and Big Bag loading processes according to established safety and quality standards.
• Record and execute packaging and dispatching activities in compliance with the Integrated Management System (SIG).

Requirements

• Technical degree or completed high school technical program.
• At least 1 year of demonstrable experience in packaging and dispatch machinery within the cement industry.
• Basic knowledge of operating forklifts, palletizers, track mobiles, and telescopic loaders.
• Basic mechanical knowledge.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Strong teamwork, responsibility, and effective communication skills.
