Operario de Producción

Responsibilities

• Perform daily equipment inspection routines
• Prepare and submit work requests for maintenance or repairs
• Maintain order and cleanliness in assigned work areas
• Operate equipment according to specified pressure levels and operating instructions for the Woma pump
• Monitor equipment functionality throughout various production stages and report anomalies to the shift supervisor

Requirements

• Completed High School (Bachillerato) or Technical University Degree (TSU); Industrial or Chemical Engineering is desirable
• 3 years of experience in a similar role within the cement or mining transformation industry
• Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Strong teamwork, result orientation, and initiative
