Operario de Producción

Responsibilities

• Follow quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards
• Comply with control measures described in the IPER matrix (hazard identification and risk assessment)
• Identify and select non-conforming products from operational stock
• Perform stripping of units returning from routes
• Register product shrinkage occurring in the warehouse
• Transfer damaged or expired products to the designated change zone
• Control product batches and entry dates to ensure proper rotation
• Maintain cleanliness and order in the assigned work area

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months of experience in an industrial plant or similar operational role
• Completed secondary education (certificate or C4 required)
• Availability to work rotating shifts (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Availability to work a 6x1 schedule with rotating days off
