Operario de Producción

Responsibilities

• Follow quality, environmental, safety, and occupational health standards
• Comply with control measures described in the IPER matrix (hazard identification and risk assessment)
• Select non-conforming products from operational stock
• Perform stripping of units arriving from routes
• Register product shrinkage occurring in the warehouse
• Transfer damaged products to the change zone
• Control batches and entry dates for proper product rotation
• Maintain products, assigned areas, and cleanliness in good condition

Requirements

• At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within the industrial sector
• Experience in operational work or plant environments
• Completed secondary education (certificate or C4 required)
• Availability to work rotating shifts (07:00 AM - 03:00 PM | 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM | 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM)
• Availability for a 6x1 work schedule with one rotating day off
