About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide production machinery operators with the necessary supplies to meet work schedules efficiently
- Assist machinery operators during the production process to ensure established operational times are met
- Execute compliance with Integrated Management System (SIG) standards to minimize risks related to quality, environment, safety, health, and food safety
- Participate in continuous improvement programs to foster a culture of excellence in company processes
- Attend scheduled company meetings to support organizational objectives
- Provide support for additional functions as delegated by the direct supervisor
Requirements
- Completed secondary education (must possess a high school certificate)
- Minimum of 3 months of experience in warehouse, production, or operations
- Full availability to work 8-hour shifts and rotate weekly through three shifts: Morning (07:00 AM – 03:00 PM), Afternoon (03:00 PM – 11:00 PM), and Night (11:00 PM – 07:00 AM)
