Operario de Mantenimiento Geocycle

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial equipment to ensure operational continuity.
• Maintain the availability of industrial crushing equipment and material transport systems.
• Perform maintenance on conveyor belts, bearings, pulleys, and rollers.
• Detect and diagnose mechanical failures promptly to minimize downtime.
• Comply strictly with industrial safety and environmental procedures.
• Participate in emergency brigades, evacuations, and incident response.
• Safely operate mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic tools.

Requirements

• Technical degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electromechanics, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in industrial plant maintenance (preferably in cement, mining, or waste management).
• Technical knowledge of transmission systems (conveyor belts, reducers, bearings).
• Proficiency with hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Basic welding skills.
• Knowledge of industrial safety protocols, including LOTO, working at heights, and confined spaces.
• Valid state driver's license.
