Responsibilities

• Operate, supervise, and control operational processes and cycles to ensure local and foreign shipments are routed and delivered according to service guarantees.
• Monitor route departure, arrival, and travel times through vehicle tracking and scanning to meet customer delivery windows.
• Supervise transport equipment to ensure all units are fully equipped and maintained, coordinating with maintenance for mechanical repairs.
• Oversee loading dock activities to ensure timely departures and prevent cargo damage or improper handling.
• Analyze fuel performance and mileage per route to optimize usage and control costs.
• Manage administrative tasks including route assignments, waybills, travel expenses, and attendance reports using SAP.
• Conduct weekly meetings with operators to review operational indicators and implement adjustments to meet performance goals.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or Business Administration.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics and transportation.
• Proven experience in personnel management and project administration.
• Strong knowledge of national traffic regulations and highway transportation.
• Expertise in route design, shipping, and traffic management.
• Proficiency in managing administrative processes and operational cycles.
