Operador SAP

Responsibilities

• Lead production operations at the San Luis Potosi plant to meet key performance targets (SQCDSM) in safety, quality, productivity, volumes, cost, and sustainability.
• Manage organizational transformation by implementing IL6S (Integrated Lean 6 Sigma) and Factory of the Future (FoF) models to develop self-sufficient operating teams.
• Support manufacturing annual operational plans and cascade targets to employees to ensure alignment with site business needs.
• Establish strong governance to review and control operational performance and continuous improvement plans using a zero-loss mindset.
• Ensure compliance with all manufacturing standards, including Corporate Quality, Food Safety, GMP, HSE, and local legal requirements.
• Lead talent development by identifying and implementing levers to attract, retain, and build technical and behavioral capabilities within the manufacturing team.
• Utilize SAP production modules to manage warehouses, stock movements (ins/outs), inventory reviews, and BOM creation.

Requirements

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in similar manufacturing leadership roles.
• Proven expertise in SAP production modules (inventory management, BOMs, and reporting).
• Strong operational leadership experience within the CPG industry.
• Deep knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), 5S, LEAN, and Six Sigma tools and concepts.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong financial and business acumen with project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in system migration or implementation projects.
• Experience in a functional user capacity for generating reports and providing inventory visibility.
