About the role
Responsibilities
- Supervise the team through monitoring, development, and motivation
- Coordinate commercial and promotional actions to boost sales
- Promote cross-selling in collaboration with other sections
- Support management in managing key indicators such as Sales, Margin, Stock, and Shrinkage
- Ensure the smooth operation of the checkout line and front-of-store section
- Assume responsibility for the section in the absence of management
Requirements
- Minimum 12th-grade education
- Experience in similar roles, preferably in retail (food or non-food)
- Experience in checkout supervision
- Basic computer literacy
- Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday
- Availability for an indefinite term contract
