Operador Preparador

Responsibilities

• Execute preparation procedures for various tequila categories to meet quality standards.
• Manage product preparation plans for delivery to bottling and maturation areas.
• Perform loading and unloading operations for tequila bulk liquids.
• Execute tequila blending processes according to specific technical requirements.
• Operate filtration processes (room temperature and cold) and control dilution, aeration, and transfer processes.
• Collect samples for physicochemical and sensory quality assurance.
• Maintain accurate logs and records to ensure full product and process traceability.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), use personal protective equipment, and follow all safety regulations.

Requirements

• Technical high school diploma, completed Bachillerato, or partially completed Engineering degree.
• Essential experience operating valves, pumps, and tanks.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (BPM/GMP), ISO/HACCP standards, and Industrial Safety/Hygiene.
• Strong communication, collaborative teamwork, organization, and analytical skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the La Nogalera area, Guadalajara (transportation is not provided).

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in tequila production or the food and beverage industry.
