Operador Maquina Control Numérico

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machinery to manufacture parts ready for assembly, integration, and testing
• Perform dimensional controls and modify pieces as required
• Operate conventional manufacturing machinery according to material properties, using appropriate tools and fixtures
• Conduct first-level maintenance inspections on production equipment and quality inspections
• Utilize technical documentation, including user manuals, CNC control software, and work orders
• Work within a rotating shift schedule (triple shift)

Requirements

• Vocational training degree (Grado de Formación Profesional)
• At least 2 years of experience as a CNC operator, specifically with lathe and milling tasks
• Experience in aerospace structure assembly, including adhesives, riveting, and insert mounting
• Proficiency with measurement tools and expertise in trigonometry and Cartesian-polar coordinate systems
• Knowledge of vertical lathe-milling equipment, axes, and applications
• Experience with conventional machining of composite materials
• Ability to perform first-level maintenance on production means
• English language skills are highly valued
