Operador Instrutor - Envase

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop Work Instructions (WIs) in collaboration with Safety, Quality, and Maintenance departments
• Conduct on-the-job operational training for team members
• Manage training schedules and monitor expiration dates for certifications
• Support the integration of new employees and technical maintenance staff
• Manage safety documentation, including filing and ensuring availability for consultation
• Analyze and input data using Power BI

Requirements

• High school diploma completed
• Ongoing technical or higher education in Industrial Production, Continuous Improvement, or related fields
• Proven experience working in bottling production lines
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
