Operador General

Responsibilities

• Control the application of enamel, ink, and lacquers to ensure container quality
• Monitor oven temperatures (enameling, lithography, and lacquering) to ensure proper coating cure
• Process materials according to required standards to avoid specification deviations
• Maintain accurate process control records and documentation
• Perform internal and external machine cleaning to maintain order and cleanliness standards
• Segregate defective material to prevent impact on subsequent processes
• Support the replacement of mechanical components during diameter or length changes
• Comply with all safety policies and operating procedures
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and support new hire training

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada)
• 2 years of experience in a similar role related to color and ink management or printing
• Knowledge of Flexography
• Knowledge of Offset Graphic Printing
• Proficiency in Pantone tone matching
