Operador General

Responsibilities

• Control the application of enamels, inks, and lacquers to ensure high-quality packaging.
• Monitor oven temperatures in enameling, lithography, and lacquering machines to ensure proper coating cure.
• Process materials according to required standards to prevent deviations from specifications.
• Maintain accurate process control records and documentation.
• Perform internal and external cleaning of machinery and components to maintain order and cleanliness.
• Segregate defective material to prevent impact on subsequent production processes.
• Support the replacement of mechanical components during diameter or length changes.
• Comply with all safety policies, operating procedures, and product safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement programs and support the training of new personnel.

Requirements

• High school diploma (Preparatoria terminada).
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role involving the handling of colors and inks.
• Technical knowledge of Flexography and Offset Graphic Printing.
• Proficiency in Pantone color matching.
• Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team.
