Operador Financeiro Jr.

Responsibilities

• Input information into customer financing proposals
• Collect customer signatures for financing contracts
• Provide support regarding warranty replacement, rights assignment, and bank fees
• Distribute financing tables upon request
• Request competitive rates from banks to combat competition
• Maintain weekly reports for supervisors regarding sales and approved/denied applications
• Verify customer documentation for the credit desk and payment sector
• Prepare, envelope, and label document batches for shipment
• Re-analyze pending or denied proposals
• Resolve flow and after-sales issues with end customers
• Monitor and supply dealerships with financing contract kits
• Deliver registered contracts in mandatory areas
• Maintain contact with dealership stakeholders including sales, management, and finance

Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields
• Previous experience with automotive financing processes
• Knowledge of bank rates, calculations, and financial mathematics
• Customer service experience
• Basic Excel skills
• Basic PowerPoint skills
• Basic English skills
