Responsibilities

• Perform daily and general PML activities, ensuring chemical usage records are up to date and following safety standards
• Prepare solutions for sanitation and manage execution according to production plans and extraordinary needs
• Conduct reception and utilization analysis of HFCS following established procedures and maintaining accurate records
• Prepare syrups, including weighing raw materials and ensuring proper ingredient utilization
• Identify raw materials that do not meet safety or food safety specifications and follow PNC procedures
• Perform syrup analysis and generate reports/notifications within SAP and SCEP
• Conduct daily material usage inventories and support production during flavor changes
• Apply QEHS policies and standards, contributing to a culture of zero accidents and defects
• Comply with food safety (FSSC22000) and environmental management (SGMA) guidelines

Requirements

• Degree in Biotechnology, QFB, QBP, Food Engineering, IBQ, or Mechatronics
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the food industry
• Knowledge of SAP and production indicators
• Understanding of syrup areas and TA processes
