Responsibilities

• Operate manufacturing production equipment to support operational efficiency and process continuity
• Ensure production processes are carried out safely, following all specifications and minimizing waste
• Comply with preventive and autonomous maintenance programs
• Follow safety culture protocols to achieve zero accidents
• Adhere to all plant policies and procedures regarding Safety, Quality, and Food Safety

Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of experience in the food industry (Required)
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Flexibility to work various schedules
