Operador Empilhadeira

Responsibilities

• Transport oil box pallets from storage racks to the loading area using forklifts.
• Unload packaging vehicles and move materials to stock to ensure production line supply.
• Organize and arrange packaging materials such as cardboard, pallets, labels, and film stretch for better inventory control.
• Segregate damaged packaging and products, identifying them according to area procedures and communicating deviations to leadership.
• Perform basic safety checklists on equipment and report any functional deviations.
• Assist in area cleaning activities following 5S standardization and selective waste collection guidelines.
• Adhere to safety norms and participate in Daily Safety Dialogues to prevent incidents and accidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• NR11 certification (Forklift Operation).
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work in shifts on a 6x1 schedule.
• Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
