Operador Empilhadeira

Responsibilities

• Perform internal cargo movement using forklifts to ensure the flow of goods for oil expedition and production.
• Transport oil box pallets from storage racks to the loading area.
• Unload packaging vehicles and supply the production line.
• Organize and arrange packaging materials such as cardboard, pallets, labels, and stretch film to support inventory control.
• Segregate damaged packaging and products, communicating deviations to the quality department or leadership.
• Conduct basic safety checklists on equipment and report any functional issues.
• Maintain workplace cleanliness and organization following 5S standards and selective waste collection procedures.
• Adhere to all safety norms and participate in Daily Safety Dialogues to prevent incidents.

Requirements

• High school diploma completed.
• NR11 certification (Forklift Operation).
• Minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
• Availability to work in shifts on a 6x1 schedule.
• Proactive attitude and good interpersonal skills.
