Operador de Producción

Responsibilities

• Perform palletization and shrink wrapping activities following specific area procedures to ensure inventory supply for logistics.
• Execute format changes on box erector machines to maintain production line supply according to demand.
• Conduct routine quality inspections on pallets and incoming materials to ensure compliance with product specifications.
• Support operators during format and volume changes, following all internal instructions and procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and machinery to ensure an optimal working environment.
• Manage the disposal, weighing, and correct recording of all process waste and residues.
• Adhere strictly to all safety standards and company procedures to protect the physical integrity of all collaborators.

Requirements

• Completed high school or upper secondary education.
• 1-2 years of experience in operational or production roles.
• Availability to work rotating shifts.
• Ability to use tools for machinery adjustment.
• Proactive attitude and initiative in the workplace.
• Ability to complete an 8-hour workday.
