Responsibilities

• Ensure material supply from warehouse to dispensary, including weighing, labeling, and identifying raw materials
• Perform loading functions such as verifying materials, scanning for accuracy, and managing mixing/recirculation cycles
• Execute unloading functions including adjusting packaging weights, taking quality control samples, and sealing primary/secondary packaging
• Manage material handling tasks such as box assembly, feeding packaging equipment, and palletizing finished products
• Proactively propose process improvements and adhere to internal safety and operational regulations

Requirements

• Minimum of Bachillerato/Preparatoria completed
• High level of punctuality and adaptability
• Availability to work rotating shifts
• Ability to reside in or commute via established transport routes (El Salto, Juanacatlán, Guadalajara, etc.)
