About the role
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor plastic production machines, ensuring proper functioning and adjusting parameters as needed
- Perform quality control through visual inspection and measurement equipment
- Pack and label finished products for efficient dispatch
- Perform basic maintenance and cleaning of equipment and workspace
- Collaborate with the production team and report anomalies
- Maintain accurate production and quality records
Requirements
- Minimum 9th-grade education
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in plastics
- Ability to work in rotating shifts
- Physical robustness for handling loads and standing for long periods
- Basic knowledge of occupational health and safety
- Own vehicle for transportation
Benefits
- Base salary of €926 plus 35% shift allowance (total €1,250 gross)
