Responsibilities

• Operate concrete mixer trucks within the concrete industry
• Participate in specialized training through the company's dedicated school
• Ensure safe and efficient transport and delivery of ready-mix concrete
• Maintain high standards of safety and performance in line with Holcim culture

Requirements

• Completed secondary education (Secundaria terminada)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience operating heavy vehicles (tractocamiones, quinta rueda, or tortón)
• For women, 5 years of experience in urban transport or standard transmission is also applicable
• Valid state driver's license (Federal license preferred or in process of renewal)
• Strong willingness to learn concrete mixer operation
• Preference for candidates living in the Querétaro area or surrounding regions
