Responsibilities

• Maintain machinery in perfect working condition and ensure product kits are clean and functional
• Guarantee product quality throughout the production chain by performing finished product analysis and sampling
• Follow all work instructions, checklists, and cleaning, tightening, and lubrication plans
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace using 5S methodology
• Manage the de-palletizing process, ensuring efficient bottle rinsing and blowing
• Oversee bottle filling, labeling, identification, and boxing processes
• Ensure correct palletizing of boxes and monitor the performance of electronic inspectors
• Perform autonomous maintenance by identifying anomalies and working with the maintenance department
• Identify workplace hazards and risks using safety tools and anticipation sheets
• Support QSE (Quality, Safety, and Environment) initiatives and food safety standards

Requirements

• Experience with machine maintenance and autonomous maintenance practices
• Ability to perform product quality analysis and sampling
• Knowledge of 5S methodology for workplace organization
• Proficiency in palletizing, labeling, and boxing processes
• Ability to identify safety risks and follow strict safety protocols
• Experience with production controls and loss management
