Operador de COP Jr

Responsibilities

• Supervise shift activities in the field, including equipment inspections, safety, order, cleanliness, and machine start-up/shut-down.
• Coordinate the resolution of breakdowns or incidents and prepare reports on operating conditions, production, and inventories.
• Analyze main equipment parameters via the Control Panel (COP) and correlate them with field conditions to ensure stable and safe operation.
• Effectively manage shift handovers, communicating equipment operating conditions (Kilns, Mills, etc.) and product quality.
• Validate that equipment start-up conditions are safe and maintain stable operations without exceeding capacity.
• Ensure processes and operations minimize environmental impacts.

Requirements

• High School Diploma (Bachillerato) or completed Technical Degree.
• Experience in cement operations or plant operations.
• Knowledge of the cement manufacturing process (theoretical or practical).
• Proficiency in process control and personnel administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Process Book and PIWEB.
• Ability to analyze trends and the relationship between variables.
