Responsibilities

• Contact tenants to perform collection actions
• Act as an interface between debtor tenants and the real estate agency
• Calculate overdue amounts, prepare spreadsheets, and formalize debt collection via email
• Assist customers by clarifying doubts regarding general conditions and debited values
• Negotiate ongoing payment agreements
• Monitor customer feedback regarding negotiations
• Track payment compensations via credit card or bank slips
• Maintain records, documents, and receipts

Requirements

• High school diploma or currently pursuing higher education
• Experience in the real estate sector is a differentiator
