Operador de Cabina

Responsibilities

• Contact insured clients for digital file integration in total loss cases
• Provide advisory services regarding claims and total loss procedures
• Review and validate digital documentation for submission to insurance companies
• Follow up on collision or assistance claims until closure
• Accompany the process from the adjuster's arrival to the finalization of the claim
• Advise clients on policies, products, and platform usage
• Manage policy resending, data updates, and endorsement requests
• Handle and escalate PQRs to ensure SLA compliance

Requirements

• High school diploma (Bachillerato terminado)
• Minimum of six months of experience in customer service, service booths, the insurance sector, or case follow-up preferred
• Ability to manage multiple cases with clear and empathetic communication
• Availability to work rotating shifts
