Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products
• Process returns by counting quantities, determining condition, and completing necessary paperwork
• Select products from proper locations and verify order accuracy
• Stage and securely pack products for shipment
• Arrange shipment pickups by contacting carriers and coordinating schedules
• Palletize cases, wrap, and load skids onto trailers
• Create shipping labels and maintain accurate data within the warehouse management system
• Safely operate various power equipment and heavy machinery
• Handle products according to client procedures and government compliance regulations
• Respond to customer inquiries and communicate service issues to supervisors

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or International equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience
• Experience operating a forklift
