Responsibilities

• Deliver and collect envelopes, packages, and assigned items following established operational processes.
• Scan shipments into the system for accurate registration, control, and monitoring.
• Execute delivery routes according to work orders, obtaining signatures or notifying customers of undelivered items.
• Perform pickups at points of sale or with clients via collection orders and telephone communication.
• Verify collected volumes against manifests to ensure proper safeguarding and shipment.
• Manage pending deliveries from previous days by rescheduling them for the current route.
• Coordinate with the airport for receiving and transferring packages to the operational center.
• Classify shipments (air vs. land) to prioritize urgent deliveries.
• Ensure the vehicle is in optimal operating condition and report any mechanical issues.

Requirements

• High school education (Preparatoria).
• Valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of local traffic regulations.
• Good knowledge of the city and surrounding areas.
• Basic mechanical skills.
