Responsibilities

• Execute route reconciliations for TR1 and TR2 routes to ensure item counts match incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Identify and investigate item discrepancies to ensure traceability and prevent theft within the network.
• Manage platform inventory by registering, locating, and administering all pending shipments.
• Perform daily fuel performance audits to monitor consumption and prevent misuse or theft.
• Prepare and submit daily reports to the supervisor regarding route reconciliations and fuel audits to facilitate corrective actions.

Requirements

• Experience in route reconciliation and handling item discrepancies.
• Proficiency in platform inventory control and shipment management.
• Ability to perform fuel performance auditing and data analysis.
• Strong reporting skills and attention to detail.
