OpenText Exstream Lead

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, configuration, and strategic implementation of OpenText Exstream solutions for large-scale corporate projects.
• Participate in requirements gathering for strategic initiatives and consult with customers on recommended solutions.
• Drive the implementation of OpenText Exstream products and develop target solution roadmaps.
• Mentor team members on product knowledge and best practices.
• Interface professionally with clients to ensure successful project completion and high-quality delivery.
• Recommend best practices for system integration and manage multiple projects concurrently.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud Native and Forms Composition.
• Advanced functional knowledge of document creation and delivery processes (data acquisition, formatting, print, electronic delivery, etc.).
• Proven experience with Communication Designer and Orchestrator.
• Strong understanding of Exstream Architecture (Designer, Content Author, Communication Builder).
• Proficiency in Java/J2EE application development and Unix Shell Scripting.
• Experience with databases such as SQL Server, DB2, or Oracle.
• Experience working within Agile or Waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate effectively at all enterprise levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with legacy to Exstream migration patterns.
• Exposure to Content Author or other document composition tools like SmartComm, Thunderhead, or Quadient Inspire.
• Experience with Content Management systems such as CMOD, FileNet, or Documentum.
• Familiarity with application servers like JBOSS, WebLogic, or WebSphere.
