OpenText Content Server Specialist

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain OpenText Content Server environments, including upgrades, patches, and performance tuning
• Develop and configure workflows, metadata models, and security permissions
• Integrate Content Server with other enterprise systems and applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure minimal downtime
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions aligned with organizational needs

Requirements

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer/IT or a relevant engineering discipline
• 3-5 years of experience working with OpenText Content Server (OTCS) in enterprise environments
• Expertise in OTCS administration and configuration
• Strong knowledge of Content Server architecture, Web Services, and REST APIs
• Proficiency in SQL, Windows Server, and scripting (PowerShell, JavaScript)
• Experience with OpenText Extended ECM, Brava, and Archive Center
• Familiarity with SAP, Terraform, and AWS Containers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with system upgrades, migration projects, and performance optimization
• Proven track record of delivering custom configurations and workflow automation
• Familiarity with document lifecycle management, metadata design, and security models
• Strong collaboration and communication skills within cross-functional teams
