OpenText Consultant

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze requirements for OpenText solutions
• Implement and configure OpenText solutions tailored to client specifications
• Utilize OpenText tools for document management, workflow automation, and content management
• Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure proper functionality and performance
• Provide training and support to end-users on OpenText applications and best practices
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate OpenText solutions with other business systems
• Stay updated with the latest developments in OpenText technologies and recommend improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience implementing and supporting OpenText solutions
• Strong knowledge of OpenText modules such as Content Suite, Documentum, or Archive Center
• Experience with enterprise content management, workflow automation, and document management processes
• Familiarity with integration techniques and tools for connecting OpenText with other enterprise systems
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
