About the role
Responsibilities
- Identify, prioritize, and develop targets of interest using open-source intelligence to create detailed targeting packages.
- Provide comprehensive OSINT investigations, including detailed dossiers on identities or networks of interest.
- Conduct social network analysis to map relationships, influence networks, and threat actors using forensic collection techniques.
- Support cryptocurrency and open-source geolocation investigations integrated into targeting packages.
- Perform specialized traces and analysis to support the Request for Information (RFI) function.
- Query data from Federated OSINT Databases to build comprehensive target profiles.
- Brief targeting packages to decision-makers and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine tasks.
Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
- BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency with IC OSINT tools and classified client databases.
- Experience with geospatial targeting systems (e.g., Google Earth Pro with KML overlays or ArcGIS).
- Proficiency in link-analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook.
- Ability to analyze unstructured data from varied sources to identify trends, patterns, or emerging threats.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Palantir blockchain data and blockchain analysis.
- Proficiency in basic scripting (e.g., Python) to automate target identification and enrichment.
- Experience using managed attribution browsers and PAI/CAI datasets.
- Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
