Open-Source Intelligence Targeter

Responsibilities

• Identify, prioritize, and develop targets of interest using open-source intelligence to create detailed targeting packages.
• Provide comprehensive OSINT investigations, including detailed dossiers on identities or networks of interest.
• Conduct social network analysis to map relationships, influence networks, and threat actors using forensic collection techniques.
• Support cryptocurrency and open-source geolocation investigations integrated into targeting packages.
• Perform specialized traces and analysis to support the Request for Information (RFI) function.
• Query data from Federated OSINT Databases to build comprehensive target profiles.
• Brief targeting packages to decision-makers and collaborate with collectors and analysts to refine tasks.

Requirements

• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• BA degree with 4-8 years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree with 2-6 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency with IC OSINT tools and classified client databases.
• Experience with geospatial targeting systems (e.g., Google Earth Pro with KML overlays or ArcGIS).
• Proficiency in link-analysis tools such as Analyst Notebook.
• Ability to analyze unstructured data from varied sources to identify trends, patterns, or emerging threats.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Palantir blockchain data and blockchain analysis.
• Proficiency in basic scripting (e.g., Python) to automate target identification and enrichment.
• Experience using managed attribution browsers and PAI/CAI datasets.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Office Suite.
