Responsibilities

• Teach the undergraduate course "Creative Tools for Digital Marketing," focusing on applied, project-based learning.
• Guide students in creating digital marketing assets for social media, websites, digital advertising, and short-form video.
• Develop applied assignments that help students transition from marketing objectives to creative execution.
• Provide feedback on student creative work and assist in the development of professional digital portfolios.
• Deliver course materials through online formats.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Digital Media, Design, or a related field.
• Compliance with AACSB faculty qualification standards.
• For the Practice track: five years of professional experience in digital marketing, content creation, creative production, social media, or advertising.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional experience creating digital assets for brands, products, or organizations.
• Proficiency with tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, website builders, and AI-assisted creative tools.
• Experience with short-form video and social media content creation.
• Experience in training, mentoring, or leading workshops in creative workflows.
• Background in agency, freelance, corporate marketing, or multimedia production.
