OPD Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the OPD team to optimize project profitability and market presence across the AMIEO region
• Drive analysis of profitability trends and coordinate with functions like Finance, M&S, and Engineering to propose countermeasures
• Challenge and validate business proposals to ensure healthy profitability and business integrity throughout the model life cycle
• Lead cross-functional teams on project milestones to ensure the robustness of business scenarios and secure global approval
• Represent the OPD function at relevant forums and review processes to secure competitive product event timing
• Coach, motivate, and guide the team to achieve designated tasks and KPIs

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Investment Banking, Engineering, or Finance (MBA preferred)
• 8+ years of experience in Consulting, Investment Banking, or Engineering
• Proven experience in Project Management or Product Marketing
• Strong team and project management experience
• Intermediate finance skills and knowledge
• Demonstrated ability in stakeholder management and conflict resolution
• Experience working cross-functionally within an international environment
• Professional English communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience within the automotive industry
• Working knowledge of an additional region-specific or international language
