About the role

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the scheduling, piloting, and coordination of all planned operations, including level crossing removal, site securing, signaling reliability, and track component replacement.
  • Develop and maintain the master schedule for both studies and works.
  • Identify and manage interfaces between different projects to ensure a coherent global vision.
  • Coordinate various stakeholders and organize technical exchanges.
  • Perform risk and opportunity analyses to support decision-making for governance bodies.
  • Propose optimization solutions to resolve conflicts and pool resources.
  • Produce technical notes, synthesis reports, and updated project deliverables.
  • Lead and participate in technical and steering committee meetings (COTECH, COPIL).

Requirements

  • Minimum Bac +3 degree in Railway Engineering or Project Management/Scheduling.
  • Solid experience acting as an OPC (Ordonnancement, Pilotage, Coordination) on railway projects.
  • Proven track record in coordinating complex, multi-actor projects.
  • Expertise in scheduling and planning simultaneous operations within an infrastructure environment.
  • Strong ability in risk analysis and project interface management.
  • Proficiency with professional planning tools.
  • Excellent analytical, synthesis, and interpersonal skills for meeting facilitation.
  • Ability to anticipate impacts on rail traffic and circulation.
