OPC Engineer - Urban Transport

Responsibilities

• Manage OPC missions (General, Studies, or Works)
• Plan tasks and work phasing
• Monitor progress and provide reporting
• Oversee works and manage schedule risks
• Ensure planning responsibility for complex projects such as metro or tramway systems within various organizational frameworks (MOE, AMO, or design-build groups)

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in OPC General, AMO, or MOE Coordination
• Proficiency in planning tools: MS Project, Primavera, or Tilos
• Proactive and dynamic approach
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• English proficiency is a plus
