About the role
Responsibilities
- Address tickets in the ticketing system
- Record and maintain inventory of assets
- Support staff and educational needs of school buildings
- Support Windows workstations
- Troubleshoot, repair, optimize, and reimage Chromebooks
- Install and support classroom technology including projectors and interactive displays
- Contribute to the shared Knowledge Base
- Prioritize daily activities and administration requests
Requirements
- 2+ years of customer service experience
- 1-3 years of technical experience, deskside preferred
- Understanding of classroom technology
- Familiarity with ticketing systems
- Valid driver’s license and daily vehicle availability
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical staff

- CompTIA A+ Certification
