About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote IT support to employees in the Netherlands office
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Maintain and troubleshoot local IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and telecom systems
- Assist with software upgrades, patches, and system updates
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate higher-tier support teams
- Collaborate with the regional IT team to implement global IT policies
- Oversee the purchase process for IT equipment and manage local IT vendor relationships
- Support workstations, mobility devices, and inventory units like monitors and printers
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- 2–3 years of experience in an IT support role
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in network troubleshooting (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi)
- Familiarity with Active Directory, Office 365, and ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools
- Understanding of IT security best practices
- Fluency in English and Dutch
