About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with first and second level support on workstations and mobility devices
- Manage infrastructure tasks including installations, replacements, and relocations
- Provide hardware and software incident support for computer systems and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
- Support inventory units such as monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
- Manage materials and spare parts inventory and installation
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements
- At least 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment, Office 2016/365, and MS Teams
- Knowledge of mobile services and Apple environments (iPhone)
- Experience with incident and request processing using ITIL frameworks
- Ability to monitor and report on production environments via dashboards and KPIs
- Fluency in English and Dutch; French is a plus
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
