About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with first and second level support on workstations and mobility devices
  • Manage infrastructure including installations, replacements, relocations, and removals
  • Provide hardware and software incident support for computer systems and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
  • Support inventory units such as monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
  • Manage spare parts inventory and installation feedback
  • Maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience
  • Proficiency in Windows environment, Office 2016/365, and MS Teams
  • Knowledge of mobile services and Apple environments (iPhone)
  • Experience with incident and request processing using ITIL frameworks
  • Ability to monitor production environments via dashboards and KPIs
  • Fluency in English and French
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills
