About the role
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with first and second level support on workstations and mobility devices
- Manage infrastructure including installations, replacements, relocations, and removals
- Provide hardware and software incident support for computer systems and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
- Support inventory units such as monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
- Manage materials and spare parts inventory and installation
- Maintain high standards of customer service
Requirements
- At least 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience
- Proficiency in Windows environment, Office 2016/365, MS Teams, and mobile services
- Basic knowledge of Apple/iOS environments
- Experience with ITIL incident and request processing
- Fluency in English and Dutch
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluency in French
- Experience in large enterprise environments
- Knowledge of monitoring production environments via dashboards and KPIs
