About the role

Responsibilities

  • Assist the client with first and second level support on workstations and mobility devices
  • Manage infrastructure including installations, replacements, relocations, and removals
  • Provide hardware and software incident support for computer systems and mobile devices (iPad, iPhone)
  • Support inventory units such as monitors, printers, scanners, and docking stations
  • Manage materials and spare parts inventory and installation
  • Maintain high standards of customer service

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of onsite IT support and customer care experience
  • Proficiency in Windows environment, Office 2016/365, MS Teams, and mobile services
  • Basic knowledge of Apple/iOS environments
  • Experience with ITIL incident and request processing
  • Fluency in English and Dutch
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Fluency in French
  • Experience in large enterprise environments
  • Knowledge of monitoring production environments via dashboards and KPIs
