Onsite Support Representative

Responsibilities

• Perform repair, substitution, or replacement of faulty hardware and installation or reprogramming of software
• Conduct testing, error checking, and routine preventive maintenance on machines and software
• Document all work performed within the customer ticketing system
• Follow up with customers after solutions have been implemented
• Provide entry-level support for hardware, Automated Tool Room (ATR), RFID, and CribMaster related computer issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or two years of technical troubleshooting experience in a customer-facing environment
• Experience working with mechanical, electrical, and software components
• Practical knowledge of hardware assembly, disassembly, and maintenance
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and use mechanical tools for hardware repairs
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows and HP PC hardware
• Ability to pass a Government Secret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with manufacturing and inventory processes
• Experience with CribMaster hardware machines or ATR applications
