Responsibilities
- Provide First- and Second-Level support for IT topics including hardware, software, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Act as the primary on-site contact for end-users facing IT issues
- Process incidents and service requests via a ticketing system (e.g., ServiceNow)
- Provide fast and professional support to users both on-site and remotely
- Carefully document all processes and solutions in the ticketing system
- Support IT onboarding for new employees, including equipment setup and instruction
- Maintain and develop the knowledge base
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IT services
Requirements
- Fluent German and English skills (written and spoken)
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or onsite support
- Sound knowledge of troubleshooting in Windows environments and common IT tools
- Experience using ticketing systems such as ServiceNow
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to work independently in a customer-oriented onsite environment
- Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented way of working
- Experience in regulated environments (e.g., GxP) is an advantage
- Ability to provide a current police clearance certificate (not older than 3 months)
