About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
- Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates
- Source talent through job boards, resume databases, and recruiting platforms
- Match candidate qualifications to client workforce needs
- Maintain a strong onsite presence and build relationships with client leadership
- Conduct new hire orientations and monitor employee attendance and performance
- Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally
- Assist with workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and administrative reporting
- Support client retention and business development initiatives
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation for local travel as needed
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Experience working directly with clients in a service-driven environment
