Onsite Staffing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and temporary employees
• Recruit, interview, screen, and onboard qualified candidates
• Source talent through job boards, resume databases, and recruiting platforms
• Match candidate qualifications to client workforce needs
• Maintain a strong onsite presence and build relationships with client leadership
• Conduct new hire orientations and monitor employee attendance and performance
• Address employee concerns and workplace issues professionally
• Assist with workforce planning, staffing forecasts, and administrative reporting
• Support client retention and business development initiatives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of sales, customer service, recruiting, or staffing experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable transportation for local travel as needed

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Experience working directly with clients in a service-driven environment
