Onsite Marketing Representative

Responsibilities

• Create and post lively real-time coverage of events on the venue’s social media pages, specifically Instagram Stories
• Capture high-quality phone clips as advised by the Onsite & Social Media Marketing Teams
• Escort and direct approved photographers and videographers to designated areas during shows
• Monitor and respond to social media comments and direct messages in a professional manner
• Collaborate with departments such as Premium Seating and Food & Beverage to highlight venue offerings
• Ensure all onsite signage, posters, banners, and digital displays are current and accurate
• Assist with general venue responsibilities as directed by the General Manager

Requirements

• Proven experience managing Instagram accounts (personal or professional)
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong music knowledge
• Experience in event planning, concert promotion, or sports marketing
